The word Gospel means “Good News,” because God’s love for humanity through Christ is Good News. At Stone Coast, we enjoy finding practical ways to be and to bring “Good News” to the people around us. It’s Good News to help a child learn to read; it’s Good News to help a person experiencing homelessness no longer be homeless; it’s Good News to take in a child when their parent isn’t able to care for them. It’s Good News to invest in inner-city students by spending time with them, getting to know them, and helping them have a tangible hope for their future by helping them go to school, learn a trade, and find a career.

At Stone Coast, we partner with other organizations to bring Good News. This outward arm of our church is called Town Square Partners, and its mission is to serve the poor, provide hope to the next generation, and offer compassion and dignity to those who are marginalized. We team up with other organizations, schools, businesses, and anyone who wants to be a part of making a local, societal difference. We seek to live out the biblical principles of “love your neighbor as yourself” and “treat people the way you want to be treated” so that our families and communities are changed for the good.
